Business Development and Programme Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development and Programme Director to join our team at IfM Engage, based at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge.
This role will play a key part in developing and delivering professional education programmes that leverage the research outputs from the Institute for Manufacturing and the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on Technology and Innovation Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with technology-based and/or manufacturing organisations to co-create and sell bespoke programmes, as well as selling places on individual development programmes that often involve project-based elements.
We have a range of new and exciting programme concepts that we are keen to develop and bring to market, and this role will be instrumental in making this happen.
The role will involve working closely with academics from across the Institute, as well as the Events and Marketing teams, to deliver high-quality executive and professional education courses.
The salary for this role is £58,000 - £64,000, plus a generous benefits package, including healthcare.
This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work flexibly and operate an 'office first' hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and programme management.
