Senior Business Operations Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Associate to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of tasks, including IT/systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all company compliance and corporate governance matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- IT Systems and CRM: Maintain and develop our IT systems and CRM to ensure seamless operations.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including global mobility, systems implementation, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Transaction Records and Processes: Assist with transaction records, keeping processes, and project cost reconciliation.
- Central Coordinator: Act as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting, and broader operations across the firm.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/investment advisory space.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines whilst under pressure.
