About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Technology team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives and delivering new and enhanced products, solutions, and operating models aligned to data across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Change Initiatives: Collaborate with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses, and Corporate Functions to drive strategic change initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
  • Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from Lines of Businesses, Corporate Functions, and firmwide stakeholders to inform solution design and roadmap development.
  • Input into Solution Design: Contribute to the development of business cases for strategic programs to acquire the necessary funding to deliver the roadmap.
  • Communicate Strategic Roadmap: Communicate the strategic roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and engagement.
  • Drive Governance and Oversight: Drive governance and oversight of the strategic roadmap, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver status updates.
  • Identify and Escalate Issues: Identify potential roadblocks and emerging risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop Program Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive program reporting and metrics, and communicate progress and performance to senior executives.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience in strategic or transformational change, or product development.
  • Program/Project Management: Strong program/project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressure.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to solve diverse problems.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Pro-active self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of data management and governance principles.
  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data and Analytics Background: A strong data, analytics, or product background is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture is a plus.
  • Advanced Degree: MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program is highly desirable.
