The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate with 4-8 years of PQE to join this Top 20 City of London firm.

Within this role, you will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high-profile international M&A (public and private).

While this role is M&A-focused, the wider team offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services, including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital, and joint ventures.

Working with a wide range of clients, from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue-chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions, you'll find they have an incredibly interesting and engaging client base.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have 4-8 years of PQE.
