Position Overview

Employment Law Associate / Senior Associate (3-6 PQE)

Vasto Legal Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent UK law firm to fill a vacancy within their esteemed Employment practice in London. The firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.

This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse array of high-caliber employment law issues, encompassing both contentious and advisory work, alongside transactional support. The initial focus will be on an 80% split between contentious and advisory matters, with 20% dedicated to transactional tasks, allowing for some flexibility in tailoring the position to the successful candidate's strengths.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of employment law.
  • Experience gained from a reputable City or Global law firm.
  • Qualified in England & Wales with relevant UK experience.
  • The team is also receptive to candidates with an in-house legal background, provided they possess significant prior private practice experience.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of £130,000 - £155,000, along with an achievable bonus and benefits package.
