The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate with 5-9 years PQE to join this Top 20 City of London firm.
Within this role you will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
The team offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. Working with a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
