Overview:

Lorien is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a transformation programme focused on sales excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programmes and will be responsible for driving business growth through the implementation of new sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Change Management: Lead the development and implementation of change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new sales processes and strategies.
  • Programme Delivery: Oversee the delivery of the transformation programme, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of programme managers and coordinators to achieve programme objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that programme objectives are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes, preferably in a sales or business growth environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive business growth through the implementation of new sales strategies and processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
