Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic partnerships with key vendors and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities with vendors and distributors to develop sales strategies and maximize customer opportunities
* Work closely with sales and account managers to understand customer requirements and ensure alignment between CAE, vendors, and distributors
* Engage with internal and external resources to ensure solutions meet customer needs
* Collaborate with key leaders to identify solutions, vendors, and technologies to support business growth
* Work with the Business Development Director to ensure targets are met
* Maximize opportunities with existing and new customers
* Manage rebates for distribution and vendors (excluding Cisco)
* Work with the CTO office to ensure alignment with technology strategy

Commercial Management:

* Work with the commercial team to ensure a commercially viable model is identified for key customer opportunities
* Cover net profitability, cash flow, operational impact, and commercial risk
* Develop profit development plans

Requirements:

* Experience working with resellers, distributors, and/or vendors
* Proven track record of building relationships across organizations
* Broad understanding of industry technology trends, customer needs, and solutions
* Experience in building solution and vendor-based go-to-markets
* Ability to control costs in line with project and budgetary expectations
* Highly developed networking, relationship, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in sales of software, hardware, security, cloud, managed services, and ITAM
* Vendor relationships and knowledge of key partners, including Microsoft, Dell, and Cisco
