As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are seeking a motivated temporary Operations Support Specialist to become an integral part of our vibrant team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to assist our Operations department with various administrative responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations team with administrative functions, primarily focusing on managing high volumes of incoming mail, scanning documents, and preparing client correspondence.
- Update our systems with correspondence details, ensuring that Client Executives are informed about incoming mail and the status of client cases.
- Support Client Executives by contacting providers for updates on ongoing client matters.
- Provide assistance to the Front of House team, including reception duties, concierge services, and client meetings as needed.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team and a strong commitment to supporting colleagues.
- Exceptional client service standards.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of managing time efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to learn and a proactive approach to going above and beyond.
