As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are seeking a motivated temporary Operations Support Specialist to become an integral part of our vibrant team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to assist our Operations department with various administrative responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations team with administrative functions, primarily focusing on managing high volumes of incoming mail, scanning documents, and preparing client correspondence.
  • Update our systems with correspondence details, ensuring that Client Executives are informed about incoming mail and the status of client cases.
  • Support Client Executives by contacting providers for updates on ongoing client matters.
  • Provide assistance to the Front of House team, including reception duties, concierge services, and client meetings as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team and a strong commitment to supporting colleagues.
  • Exceptional client service standards.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
