Job Title: Key Account Manager

Metz Electronics S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Account Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
