Contract Manager - Commercial M&E

Location: Cheltenham HQ, Sites UK Wide, Primarily London based

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial and Operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
  2. Develop and deliver project estimates and valuations, working closely with clients and stakeholders
  3. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
  4. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance
  5. Plan and manage resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient project delivery
  6. Liaise with Site Safety Officers to ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
  7. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  8. Manage and maintain all health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel
Requirements
  1. Proven project management experience in M&E/Mechanical and Electrical within Commercial/Retail/Educational sectors
  2. Ability to travel to sites as required
  3. Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  4. Self-motivated and proactive personality
  5. Attention to detail with a right-first-time attitude
  6. Strong organisation and time management skills
  7. SMSTS and CSCS certifications
