Contract Manager - Commercial MEP

Cheltenham HQ, with sites across the UK, primarily based in London.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance.

About the Role
  1. Manage projects from setup to handover and evaluation.
  2. Assist in delivering project estimates and valuations.
  3. Ensure the team complies with project specifications.
  4. Track and report at weekly client update meetings.
  5. Plan resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors.
  6. Liaise with the Site Safety Officer to maintain standards.
  7. Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation.
  8. Manage and maintain all H&S requirements.
Requirements
  1. Proven project management experience in M&E/Mechanical and Electrical within Commercial/Retail/Educational sectors.
  2. Willingness to travel to sites.
  3. Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  4. Self-motivated personality.
  5. Attention to detail with a right-first-time attitude.
  6. Organisation and time management skills.
  7. SMSTS.
  8. CSCS.
