Job Title: Commercial and Contract Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contract Supervisor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that all expenses are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project deliverables are met, including project estimates, valuations, and reports.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports, are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective project management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the M&E sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
