Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership to formulate and execute a strategic vision for the IT department that aligns with corporate goals.
  • Direct and oversee a diverse team, including support staff, engineers, and DevOps professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Manage the daily operations of the IT division, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to guarantee compliance and secure operations.
  • Assess and propose new technologies, systems, and software to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and strategic partners to ensure the successful execution of IT projects and services.
  • Supervise and manage IT budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Proven track record as a Head of IT Operations or in a comparable leadership position within a complex IT environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations, with expertise in networking, security, cloud solutions, and software development.
  • Demonstrated experience in spearheading IT transformation and modernization projects.
  • Background in financial services or a related sector is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and the capability to effectively manage remote teams.
