Role Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational aspects of our catering services, including lunch service, room service, events, conferences, and meetings. You will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of service excellence while managing staff, food service, room arrangements, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of all logistical elements for catering outlets and events, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct staff briefings, assign tasks, and cultivate a strong team environment to provide exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is utilized to enhance future experiences.
  • Contribute to cost management by overseeing budgets, monitoring equipment and stock levels, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management.
  • Act as the Incident Controller and Duty Manager during out-of-hours, ensuring the safety of the facility and its occupants.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership and organizational capabilities. We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • A proven track record in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality/Catering Management (desirable) and a basic certificate in wines & spirits (desirable).
