We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at The Morrow Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement compensation strategies to align with business objectives.
- Provide HR business partnering support to senior leadership and management.
- Lead and manage HR staff and their performance metrics.
- Identify trends and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred.
- Professional Designation is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive business experience in a HR management and leadership position.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment.
