Business Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including documentation and follow-up on important actions and decisions.
  • Ensure resource availability and assist with planning project team travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional organizational skills, good communication skills, and good IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and engaging individual with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Pension scheme enrolment after a successful probation period.
  • A gifted day off for your birthday.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
