Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced administrator to transition into a role within Learning and Development (L&D). Join our supportive team and contribute to delivering outstanding people services that foster the growth and development of our talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a variety of compliance training sessions.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Manage relationships with training suppliers.
  • Collect and upload certification documents into the People system.
  • Engage with employees and management to facilitate training needs.
  • Maintain accurate records using the People system.
  • Provide administrative support to the People team as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working independently.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at multitasking and working efficiently under pressure.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships across the organization.
  • A proactive team player.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage personal workload.
  • Prior experience in administration is essential.
  • A positive attitude and outlook.
  • Experience in a training or L&D environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
