Key Responsibilities- Organize and deliver compliance training to employees
- Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Manage training suppliers and ensure smooth delivery of training programs
- Obtain and upload certificates into our People system
- Liaise with employees and managers to ensure effective communication and support
- Use our People system to keep records up to date and ensure accurate data
- Perform ad hoc administration tasks to support the People team
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals
