Key Responsibilities- Support adults with learning disabilities accessing acute hospital services
- Work autonomously and as part of a wider team to deliver high-quality, holistic care
- Develop nursing skills and engage with various agencies to reduce health inequalities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive care
- Current registration with the NMC
- Formal post-registration learning and clinical experience at Band 5 or equivalent
- Working knowledge of clinical risk assessment, equality and diversity, and resource management
