Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic Bar Team Leader who is full of energy and enthusiasm to become part of our team. If you have experience in guiding a team within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and are eager to advance your career in the hospitality sector, this position could be an excellent fit for you.

Known locally as 'The Bricks', our traditional pub offers a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding ales, and authentic pub cuisine. It serves as the ideal venue for enjoying major sporting events or a relaxed lunch, conveniently located near bustling commercial areas.

As a representative of our brand, you will support the management team, take on duty manager responsibilities, and lead our staff to ensure exceptional service for our patrons at every opportunity.

If you lack prior experience in hospitality, do not be concerned; as long as you possess the qualities we value, we are prepared to provide training and equip you with the necessary skills.

About Us:
As Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame has been rooted in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years. We are an independent family-run business, operating an award-winning visitor center and more than 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East.
