About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of the outpatient department, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Oversee the running of clinics, providing visible support and assistance as required.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A qualification in Adult Nursing and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of outpatient nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Able to manage own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
