We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team in the Neonatal Unit at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to newborns and their families in a safe and effective manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing requirements and develop plans to address their needs.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC.
- Experience working in a neonatal setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic patient records.
