About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team in the Neonatal Unit at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to newborns and their families, ensuring a safe and effective care plan.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, taking into account the views of parents and guardians.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with parents and guardians to ensure their involvement and empowerment.
  • Provide education and support to parents and guardians, promoting healthy outcomes and empowering them to care for their newborns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
