**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Assistant Manager to join our team at Reach International Inc. in the UK. As a key member of our Advisory department, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with business plans, short-term cash flow planning, and restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on cases of various size and complexity, providing technical input and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conducting business reviews for corporates and lenders, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
- Supporting clients in developing business plans, managing cash flow, and restructuring their operations.
- Providing internal support and technical input to our multi-disciplinary team, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of projects.
- Managing and supporting junior team members, mentoring and developing their skills and expertise.
- Contributing to the growth initiatives of our Advisory department, identifying opportunities for expansion and development.
Requirements:
- Ideal qualifications: JIEB, CPI, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Desirable experience: Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
