Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Office Administrator to join our team. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, including customer service, finance, purchasing, and data entry.
Key Tasks:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Manage finance tasks, including raising invoices and chasing payments.
- Process time sheets, communicate with Payroll, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Source, buy, and manage stock of office products, stationery, and other supplies.
- Attend and assist with company events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in an office environment, with experience in finance or recruitment an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and CRM systems.
- A willingness to take on mini-projects and contribute to process mapping.
