About the RoleRECfinancial is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Insolvency Practice, working closely with Directors, Clients, and Employees to identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare files for meetings and paperwork on solvent, insolvent, and bankrupt clients.
- Work closely with creditors on claims and issues.
- Annual, periodic reviews and reports.
- Chasing debtors' response.
- Assist with the preparation of individual voluntary arrangements, company voluntary arrangement proposals, creditors, and reports.
- GCSE Maths & English C and above is essential.
- Good understanding of commercial factors affecting clients and ability to monitor commercial effectiveness of work completed.
- Desire to learn and grow, working as a team with other staff.
- Inquisitive mind and manner, knowledge to resolve technical issues, and organization to resolve client demands.
- Good systems skills.
- Competitive salary of £35,000 DOE.
