Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at The Caring Family Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing, branding, and communication strategies to raise awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive support for our mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans to promote the foundation's initiatives, events, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring alignment with content and PR teams.
  • Oversee the foundation's digital presence, including website maintenance, social media planning, email newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage the design and production of foundation collateral, including brochures, impact reports, and stationery, as well as collateral for events.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and brand books, working with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to gather stories, testimonials, and impact data for use in marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications to enhance the foundation's outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, programs, and administration, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage marketing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively to optimize resources and achieve objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, Donorbox, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
