Job Title: Head of Performance & Digital Campaigns

About Profiles Creative

Profiles Creative is a rapidly growing digital content agency with a roster of incredible Consumer, D2C, and B2B brands. We are seeking a strategic marketing expert with proven success in creating multi-platform campaigns, from influencer-driven to social brand content, with a clear record of delivering ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to deliver the optimum outcome and solution for our clients.
  • Lead pitches and onboard new clients as part of the full client lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement performance management software and tools to collect and analyze performance data more effectively.
  • Advise on desired budgets for campaigns to optimize reach and impact with target audiences.
  • Monitor and integrate social trends, incorporating findings into planned campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and high-level engagement.
  • Manage the Performance and Social team, including appraisals and annual reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, teams, or departments.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of agency experience with a strong social media focus and sharp commercial awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and communications, with a deep understanding of Paid and Search platforms and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across various client accounts and projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Positive, polished, and articulate, with strong communication skills for sharing ideas internally and with clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and the full client lifecycle.
  • Confident, proactive problem solver who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
