Legal Document Production Coordinator

Permanent Position

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Hybrid Work Model – 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote

A prominent law firm is currently seeking a skilled Legal Document Production Coordinator to enhance their in-house document production team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and involves a hybrid working arrangement, with three days working from home and two days in the London office.

The successful candidate will take on a hands-on role in document production, while also managing work requests from the Corporate department. As the primary point of contact for quick document-related tasks, you will ensure an efficient workflow and timely completion of requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake and support for job requests, addressing general inquiries and assisting requestors.
  • Conduct quality control checks on produced documents and coordinate proofreading when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Document Specialists to resolve job-related issues effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality services punctually, focusing on client satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Filter requests appropriately and utilize a comprehensive understanding of current document production practices.
  • Prepare documents using client tools and templates as required.
  • Offer technical troubleshooting support within the production center.
  • Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's operational environment and business requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated on relevant technology changes.
