About the Position: As a Home Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized assistance to individuals in our care facilities. At Radis, we value each person as unique, tailoring our services to their individual requirements and ensuring a consistent approach throughout their care journey.
As the primary contact for the care package, your duties will encompass:
- Conducting supervisions and meetings while providing support to Care Workers.
- Organizing and assigning tasks to ensure personalized care for each client.
- Assisting with medication management and personal care activities.
- Providing community support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Additional Requirements:
- An enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.
- Having a driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous, as some travel may be necessary.
