We are seeking a Service Centre Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our branch.

Service Centre Supervisors are essential in guiding and inspiring their teams to meet objectives that enhance branch performance and ensure client satisfaction. Clear communication with clients is vital for fostering repeat business and boosting profitability. This role is well-suited for a workshop controller or Assistant Manager/Vehicle Technician with a background in the automotive sector and exceptional customer service abilities.

The responsibilities of the Service Centre Supervisor include:

  • Upholding the Company’s reputation and image.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Optimizing service volume to achieve financial goals.
  • Overseeing and supporting Service Centre personnel.
  • Ensuring inventory and financial integrity.
  • Adhering to company standards.

Compensation: Negotiable based on expertise

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday & Saturday)
