Exciting Opportunity for a Classroom Based Youth Support Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Based Youth Support Worker to join our team at a prestigious school in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a dynamic and intimate classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Design and deliver engaging activities to foster comprehensive growth, including social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Monitor student progress, collaborate with students to overcome challenges, and communicate updates to the class teacher/SEND team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in advocating for students with additional needs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a vibrant team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £85-£115, dependent on experience.
  • A full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, aligned with school hours.
