Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Help to create a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of our young people.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
