- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and families.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of our young people.
- Full UK driving license (desirable).
