Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset. As a key member of our pelvic health physio team, you will play a vital role in improving the current referral to treatment pathway for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based, specialist care to perinatal, urogynecology, male, and colorectal patients
  • Contribute to key aspects of the service, mentoring of Band 5 and students, and supporting the wider Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team
  • Promote and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based, customer-focused service
  • Work within national and local guidelines, including working at off-site clinics
Requirements
  • Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent
  • Current HCPC registered Physiotherapist
  • At least 2 years postgraduate physiotherapy experience
  • Experience of working in NHS and Band 5-6 MSK outpatient Physiotherapy
  • Proven advanced clinical assessment/reasoning/problem-solving skills within clinical area
