About You:
As the Lead Generation Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and overseeing the strategic marketing initiatives for our business, collaborating with sales and product teams to achieve pipeline, order, and revenue objectives. This role will spearhead the creation and implementation of essential marketing programs aimed at generating additional revenue, primarily within our existing customer base while also facilitating international growth. You will develop persuasive messaging and content tailored for our key target demographics and establish compelling value propositions.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation of product propositions, messaging, and content tailored for target personas across various market segments.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the purchasing process and buyer profiles to execute relevant sales enablement and nurturing programs that enhance conversion rates.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders through regular, effective communication.
  • Serve as the trusted resource for marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge to design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and improve success rates.
  • Develop initiatives to engage our customer base, launching new features and driving user activation.
Your Skills and Experience May Include:
  • Demonstrated B2B marketing experience, ideally within a software organization.
  • Experience or a solid understanding of crafting compelling marketing propositions and translating them into engaging sales enablement programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey product information in terms of customer benefits.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns utilizing diverse media channels.
