Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our home care team, you will play a vital role in supporting a young man with severe disabilities in his purpose-built, spacious, and fully equipped accommodation.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the daily life of our client. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to our client, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication administration and recording
  • Supporting our client with mobility and transfers
  • Engaging in activities that promote our client's physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
