About the Role

Gather & Gather is seeking an experienced F&B Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within our iconic London venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large team with 6 direct reports, covering staffing, sales, marketing, food, operations, and events.
  • Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that food and beverage services meet the highest standards, aligning with CH&CO and client expectations.
  • Lead on all F&B strategy across the venue, working closely with the site management team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in food and beverage services.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and develop managers within the venue, providing effective performance management and appraisal.
  • Ensure that financial reports are accurate and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large turnovers of £10million+.
  • Strong sales experience in the catering and events industry.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
