Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Administrator to join our team at Career Legal. As a Records Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to records management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a records or IP department.
  • Strong knowledge of EP and UK patent and trade mark processes.
  • Experience with Inprotech.
  • CITMA or CIPA qualification is advantageous.
