Lead Salesforce Consultant

I am currently working with a leading Salesforce partner who is looking to further build their team out, by bringing in a new Lead Salesforce Consultant.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to lead complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of Salesforce solutions across various projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce consultants and developers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations and projects.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
