Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our team and drive business growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing expert financial planning advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and building relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our experienced team of administrators and paraplanners to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, preferably with a leading financial services company.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, regulations, and industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of growing new business opportunities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60k - £80k (negotiable) and bonuses on initial advice fees at 50% once you have met 2x validation of your salary and 20% of ongoing fees.
