We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional with demonstrable billing experience, to join our team at Carousel Consultancy, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

As a key member of our administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive support to our Partners and Associates, while ensuring that our billing and credit control processes run smoothly and accurately.

About the Role:

The Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our Partners and Associates

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with our clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing and administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
