Arqiva is seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team in Emley Moor, Huddersfield. As a key member of our Network Operations Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal MPLS and SHF networks, which underpin the nation's broadcast networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st line incident and system management of Arqiva's internal MPLS and SHF networks.
- Support the delivery of services for National Critical Infrastructure.
- Prioritize the response to faults and service outages to ensure strict customer Service Level Agreements are not breached.
- Maintain exceptional levels of incident management, ensuring all faults and service outages are accounted for in the incident management system.
- Good general IT skills, including the use of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Previous experience of dealing with internal or external customers.
- Highly recommended - Driving licence (full UK).
- Up to £40K base salary.
- 20% shift allowance.
- Up to 10% pension contribution.
- Private Medical.
- 25 days annual leave.
