Join Spicerhaart as a Real Estate Operations Manager on a fixed-term contract. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in the diverse daily responsibilities of property management, playing a vital role in providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.   • Potential to earn up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to base salary)
  • Additional uncapped commission target of £2,725 (in addition to base salary)

  • Standard working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one Saturday every four weeks, with a compensatory day off)

Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Operations Manager at Spicerhaart

  • Scheduling and conducting property evaluations
  • Negotiating lease extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating with service providers to address maintenance and repair needs
  • Managing deposit returns
  • Addressing rental payment issues
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, including detailed inventory reports

Required Skills and Qualifications for a Real Estate Operations Manager at Spicerhaart

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • Prior experience in property management or customer service/administrative roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient IT skills

Important Details

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • Legal eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Documentation proving right to work in the UK, such as a passport or birth certificate
