Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our Software team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to our software, including troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Document common fixes and workflows to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the customer support team and internal development for all escalated product-related issues, bug resolution, and overall product education.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with developers and customer support to support improvements and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft SQL, Linux OS, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a customer support or technical support representative, with a strong background in software support.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering subject is desirable but not essential.
