Restaurant Manager Opportunity at The Gore Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Gore Hotel in London. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring revenue, and driving up-selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Provide on-the-job training for all team members, developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor restaurant revenue and implement strategies to drive up-selling and increase sales.
  • Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in boutique hotels is advantageous, but not essential.
