Role Responsibilities- Work with young people who are involved with Youth Justice services to provide support and guidance.
- Engage with young people in schools, housing providers, and other youth provision to bring our service to them and support their engagement and change.
- Offer group sessions in various settings to educate and support young people in making informed choices about drugs and alcohol.
- Support and work with young people affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use.
- Participate in multi-agency groups to support young people, working with children and young people's services and other partnership agencies.
- Create support plans that have a legacy element to support the client even when they stop working with us.
We are looking for someone with experience in the substance misuse sector or transferable skills who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly in a varied role.
