Job Opportunity
Mencap is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.
About the Role
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
