We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at Arla Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical standards and Operator Asset Care (OAC) are met in the LCO Area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reduce unplanned downtime through systematic Continuous Improvement (CI) work
* Enable and coach operators and technical operators in technical standards and OAC
* Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment
* Own and lead weekly CI meetings related to unplanned stops
* Analyze and track asset maintenance data
* Ensure LCO areas improvement activities are quantified and reflected in the global CI database
* Own plan for improvement of technical reliability for lines
* Own Operator Asset Care standards and competence development in the Line Team
* Define, process confirm, and improve technical standards including OAC
* Train and coach Line Team to ensure performance according to technical standards
* Initiate and drive correction of complex faults ensuring sustainable improvements
* Provide input to content and frequency of preventive maintenance

Requirements

* Skilled technical education and/or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management
