We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Ideal Personnel. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and increasing company productivity through high-quality engaging training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop relevant training documentation and support mapping out training plans and schedules.
- Design and develop high-quality and consistent training via a range of methods, for example: face-to-face training.
- Work with senior training personnel to roll out new initiatives, assisting in the development of the training and roll-out package to ensure consistency.
- Regularly liaise with senior training personnel on new ways of delivering solutions and introducing best practice training initiatives.
- Provide effective and thorough feedback on training outcomes ensuring best practices are understood and shared.
- Work alongside the Performance and Quality Team to proactively identify training opportunities and track benefits of training delivered.
Requirements:
- Training qualification.
- Excellent planning, program management, and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite.
- Great organisational and planning skills to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Must be prepared to travel with a full driving licence and have a flexible approach to work.
